Once each area has been identified and analyzed, it is imperative to start thinking about the goals I want for my life within each area. It is the realization of my aspirations that will fill me with a sense of dynamic growth and lead me to a beautiful and fascinating future. Here are examples of goals that can be placed in each area’s domain, both short-term and long-term.
1. Physics
This area encompasses my health and well-being, my fitness and stamina, my body and appearance, and everything related to my fitness and state of well-being.

Reach the weight of 160 pounds by July 1
Run the London Marathon in less than four hours
Be healthy and vibrant at 100 years old
2. Financial
This area includes everything related to money and income as it relates to my life. Income, savings, investments, stocks, bonds, accumulated wealth, and financial freedom are all facets of the financial realm of my life. What levels of financial abundance do I want to achieve?
Invest $10,000 in the NYSE this year
Seek a fifty percent annual increase in total revenue
Saving ten percent of my earnings to a special account
Accumulate a million dollars of net worth by the age of fifty-five
3. Business
Career is best defined as my financial vehicle for lifetime income, as opposed to a career that is basically a day’s work for a day’s pay. 5. Mental
My mental zone relates to all activities involved in my mind. It concerns my mental state and my emotional well-being. All learning, studies, attitudes, skills, intelligence, knowledge and emotions are found in this very important area of my life.

Learn to speak and write Portuguese fluently
Strengthen my mind until I enter Mensa
Read a hundred personal success books this year
6. Social
The social realm includes many recreational activities and hobbies related to society. Golfing, for example, although it can be an adventure, is a social activity as it involves an informal gathering of people and revolves around the golf course and the social clubhouse.
